max capacity 7 participants, weekly two hour zoom meetings. Course starts Sunday March 27, 3-5pm Eastern Time

Course Content

Week 1 – know yourself: identify your attachment style, guided meditation journey to re-visit your past and see yourself clearly

Week 2 – know how: the way attachment styles are formed, how attachment styles can get in the way of what you want, guided meditation to enter subtle relationship-awareness

Week 3 – choose your destination: set life goals in alignment with authentic relationships, guided meditation to imagine and manifest secure attachment

Week 4 – deepen your practice: check in with the group to receive feedback, guided meditation to address specific challenges that came up

Week 5 – stay the course: check in with the group to receive feedback, create a collaborative vision for the group to support its members
